Singer/Songwriter Loizzo shared his time and wisdom with Byron, a musician he believed in.

A Chicago native with musical roots in Folk, British Rock, Motown, Country, and Blues music alike, Jack Byron delivers his Americana sound, with the aim to help heal the world through great, heartfelt songs. After recording an acoustic demo in high school, he decided to pay for time at Pumpkin Studios in Orland Park, Il., but producer Gary Loizzo heard value in Byron’s songs and recorded them for

Looking forward to this one.

I’ll be back in Tinley Park on Saturday, June 6 at Ed & Joe’s Restaurant & Pizzeria for a night of indie rock, acoustic pop favorites, and original songs.

One of my favorite parts of playing live is seeing familiar faces return month after month. If you’ve been out before, I’d love to see you again. If not, this is a great night to come say hello!

Music starts at 7 PM.

Tinley Park, let’s do it.

Some venues just fit the music.

Really looking forward to spending a summer evening at Phase Three Brewing in Lake Zurich.

I’ll be bringing a mix of indie rock, pop favorites, and original songs. Good beer, good people, and hopefully a few songs that stick with you on the drive home.

Hope to see you there.

Some rooms just feel right.

Durbin’s has quickly become one of those places for me.

I’ll be back for two Wednesday nights in June, bringing a mix of indie rock, pop favorites, deep cuts, and original songs.

If you’ve been looking for live music in the Midlothian area, I’d love to see you there.

June is officially good to go.

I’ll be bringing live music across Chicagoland, Northwest Indiana, and Southern Wisconsin all month long, from breweries and restaurants to weddings, private events, and songwriter nights.

Whether you’re looking for live music near Chicago, an acoustic night out, original songs, or a local venue to unwind with friends, I’d love to see you at one of these shows.

Check the schedule and let me know which date you’re coming to.

See you out there!

Some rooms just feel like the start of summer.

I’ll be back at Granger’s at the Clocktower on May 29 for a Friday night of original songs, indie favorites, and a great space.

Looking forward to another good night in Hobart.

See you there.

Starting to feel like summer again.

I’ll be out at Rookies in Roselle on Thursday night playing originals, indie rock, acoustic favorites, and a few songs that just feel right with the windows down this time of year.

6pm.

Come hang for a while.

There’s something about live music on a Friday night that still feels sacred to me.

A great room. Conversations in the background. Songs hanging in the air for a little while before disappearing again.

I’ll be at HMD Bar & Grill on May 22 playing a heavy mix of originals, indie rock, and acoustic favorites.

Would love to see some familiar faces there.

7PM.

“Junk” has always felt like one of Paul McCartney’s most quietly brilliant songs.

No overproduction. No spectacle. Just melody, honesty, and atmosphere.

Recorded this on a Gibson Hummingbird over at Chicago Music Exchange.

One of those songs that reminds me how powerful simple music can be. (Deceptively simple, in Paul’s case 😉)
