For years, I have been growing my brand and trying to figure out who I am and what I love! I love all things health, fitness, and beauty. But mainly, I’ve learned I am all about self love and confidence.

I’m sure you are thinking, what is this girl doing now? She’s done it all. And yeah, you are right, I have done it all. But I don’t care! I love sharing about everything I use in my daily life and how much I love them.

So, here I am! Jumping into something new with something I have been using for over 2 years and finally saying yes. Yes to giving it a shot, yes to new opportunities, and yes to me!

Can’t wait to see where it takes me and who joins alongside of me!

6 years difference and our life’s have surely changed but one thing remains is how much I love you. 💙

State fair is definitely different though. Out of shape and not up to walking and spending more than 2 hours in the hot Texas sun anymore. 😂

Progress. I’ve been hesitant sharing these because it was only a little bit of progress and I didn’t really see a big change. But, then I was reminded that it doesn’t matter how little the progress is as long as you show up and keep pushing yourself.

The picture on the left (April 14) is the day I started a new routine and really focusing on my goals. The picture on the right (May 2) is me being about 80% consistent and finally feeling better about myself inside and out!

It isn’t about a quick change to me, it’s more about a lifestyle change. Feeling more energetic, more confident, stronger, and believing I can do anything!

If I can do it, so can you! Also…peep that smile I know have 😉💪🏼
