BREAKING NEWS! Universal Background Checks in Virginia have now been officially enjoined!

It is now legal for private party person-to-person "2A tool" sales/transfers to proceed WITHOUT needing to get a background check done by an FFL dealer, just as it was before July 1, 2020. Congratulations, Virginia!

RINO and near worthless Attorney General Jason Miyares tried to greatly restrict this win by creating his own order for the judge to sign, but the judge rejected Miyares’s efforts. Yes, Miyares is better than the despicable "I'd want to disappear Republicans and their kids" demonrat Jay Jones, but that isn’t saying much. 🙄

Many thanks to Gun Owners of America for covering half the cost of this lawsuit along with VCDL Page - Virginia Citizens Defense League, Inc., which was first initiated back in 2020. These lawsuits are VERY expensive! EVERYONE needs to join/donate to VCDL and GOA!!!

🚨VCDL WIN🚨

The Circuit Court in Lynchburg sided with VCDL and GOA and struck down Virginia’s Universal Background Check law! We have been fighting this since 2020!

The law will remain in place until the judge signs an order, which could take a week or two. Our attorneys are writing the order and will have it ready ASAP.

As soon as we learn that the law has been officially blocked, a VA-ALERT will be issued.

MAJOR 2A VICTORY IN VIRGINIA! 🇺🇸

VCDL/GOA lawsuit striking down Universal Background Checks has been upheld by the Court! The order does not go into effect until it is officially signed, which may take a week or two. We will announce when the ruling is in effect and private gun sales will no longer need a background check. Yay!!!😀

VA residents need to take action NOW to tell Governor Youngkin to veto twenty-seven gun-control bills that are headed to his desk. It is critical that NONE of those bills make it into law!

Those gun-control bills include removing CHP reciprocity with a lot of states, banning AR-15s and magazines that hold more than 10 rounds, making unserialized homemade guns illegal, making it illegal to carry certain semi-automatic fi****ms in public areas, making binary triggers illegal, creating a FIVE-day waiting period for gun purchases, making it easier for frivolous lawsuits to be brought against any firearm or firearm accessory business and several other ignorant and unconstitutional laws.
