I am a Chief Engineer working for an aerospace company in the Dallas Metroplex that started woodworking as a hobby in High School. Before receiving my Mechanical Engineering degree at Texas Tech University, I owned a small construction company called Westex Deck and Fence doing business in Houston and Lubbock Texas.
I am also a hobbyist woodworker at my residence workshop in Midlothian, Texas specializing in custom crafts including cutting boards using quality domestic and exotic hardwoods including Maple, Purpleheart, Bloodwood, Walnut, Cherry, and Padauk. Cutting boards are edge grained to handle the rigors of food preparation balanced with affordability. All food contact surfaces utilize FDA approved materials. Cutting boards are finished with a homemade blend of beeswax and mineral oil. I use Titebond III waterproof glue which is non-toxic, solvent free, and FDA approved for indirect food contact (cutting boards).
Customizable features include various cutting board sizes/thicknesses and typically include various handle designs, feet, and juice grooves.
See photos for in-stock cutting boards and specific details.

I also have CNC capability for plenty of customization options and new offers including custom inlays!!

Really pushed the bandsaw today to its limits! Calbrated and fine tuned the saw and then resawed a two inch thick, Cherry hardwood plank. Resawing is cutting a board into thinner boards resulting in two bookmatched, face grained boards. Board was 42 inches long, a full 2 inches thick, and almost 10 inches wide. Results were near perfect!

Pumping out some new products on the CNC. If you have an idea and an interest then let me know and I will design, build, and paint something for you. Current capability is 32 x 32 inches on the CNC. KC Chiefs is pretty popular... First one went to son Graham since he is a huge Chiefs fan!

First 2 inlay projects - Very happy with the results. Basketball inlay is Padauk inlayed with Cherry hardwood. Buffalo inlay is Figured Maple in Blackjack Oak from a buddy's farm in Burleson. I can inlay text and figures into the cutting boards per request.
