“So I don’t have to redo my whole house just for it to sell?” Yup, you don’t .

I’m not saying you shouldn’t make small upgrades, because you do want to make sure your house is solid for inspection. But what I’m saying is more often than not, upgrades don’t “pay for themselves”, like you’d think. Fixing faucets, repainting, those little things will help your house sell just as well, for less $ than a completely redone kitchen.

I’m not saying to not do have any upgrades done. If you have a roof that leaks, fix it. But little improvements like a well-kept lawn, fresh paint, new interior/exterior fixtures, will help your home sell, and hurt your pockets less 😉.
