We're excited to welcome five outstanding Midlothian students to Ryan Mason State Farm this summer!

These young leaders represent some of the very best our community has to offer, and we're honored they chose to spend part of their summer learning alongside our team.

Over the next several weeks, they'll get a behind-the-scenes look at what it takes to run a local small business, serve customers well, build relationships, support community events, and make a difference in Ellis County.

We believe strong communities are built when leaders take time to encourage and develop the next generation, and we're excited to be a small part of their journey.

These 58 Engineering students earned an an Autodesk Certified User in Revit or an Autodesk Certified User in Fusion Industry-Based Certification (IBC)! We are of these students for ! Midlothian ISD CTE CTE Boosters MISD

Did you know that over 130 seniors have at least 1 class at The MILE? Add that to the 64 LEAP graduates, and we know about 23% of MISD’s graduating seniors! We were so to celebrate them today!

Shout out to Officer Newcomb and Dr. Morgan who both celebrated their own graduates this weekend!

This week, students in our game design classes at The MILE participated in a Pokemon-themed scavenger hunt created by our advanced video game programming students! During this activity, they went around the school to find and “catch” as many as they could using dice, and recorded their results along the way. Afterward, they compiled their data to find out probability patterns and other statistics, then used the data to make informed improvements and additions to the game! Ms. Anderson has been named an INCubatoredu Leader Teacher from Uncharted Learning. The national recognition honors educators who demonstrate outstanding leadership, advocacy and contributions within the INCubatoredu community. Anderson's active involvement in supporting innovation and entrepreneurship education led to this honor. Additionally, this national distinction spotlights her contributions within the program network to strengthen collaboration among educators across the nation. Anderson will be recognized on July 9 at the organization's National Summit.

INCubatoredu is designed to provide students with authentic entrepreneurial learning experiences that help build creativity, collaboration, communication and real-world problem-solving skills. Anderson’s recognition reflects the district’s continued commitment to creating meaningful opportunities that inspire excellence and prepare students for future success. Join us in congratulating Lee Anderson as a National INCubator Leader Teacher.

Let’s celebrate our Culinary Program and the awesome chefs that lead it! Last week, Chef Davenport, Mrs. Borum, and our students catered the Midlothian ISD Employee Banquet. It was incredibly delicious and so well executed! We are of how they are in our district!

Tonight was the night! Our INCubator teams pitched their business plans to a panel of judges - Shark Tank style, and they were each awarded seed money to take their ideas to reality! Our Practicum of STEM students presented outstanding projects this morning!

Throughout the year, they identified real problems, brainstormed solutions, researched, created, tested, adjusted, and improved their ideas along the way. Their critical thinking, creativity, and perseverance have been on full display, and we could not be more proud of the growth they have shown.
