Latest bathroom renovation. This one got a full makeover, took out the old whirlpool bath tub and shower stall and replaced with a custom shower stall and new drop in soaker. Shower will be enclosed in a custom glass enclosure. Completed this bathroom with new tile floor vanity and lighted mirror. Some extra lighting was installed and fresh paint. Feature of this bathroom is the new open concept to use and eliminate wasted space. The tile wall accent wraps the entire room.

Latest project completed in Birkdale. Full bathroom renovation with many custom feature.
Removed a soaker tub and shower stall, installed a custom shower stall and make-up vanity. Included custom vanity tops and shower bench all cut from the same quartz. Vanity was custom painted by the homeowner. Make-up vanity nook includes custom top painted to match with custom made floating shelves above and a lighted mirror. Shower includes dual heads and controls, custom window and niche, with a full bench. Lvp flooring was laid throughout including the walk in closets. All lighting was updated.

Took a small 100sqft deck to a spacious 442. Wrapped in vinyl, with vinyl rails. Also expanded the yard with a new fence for more closed in space.
