4 out of my last 5 inspections have resulted in the client walking away from the deal. 2 of the 4 had water damage, 1 had major appliances that needed repairs or replacements, and 1 just had far more minor problems than the buyer wanted to deal with. It's always a bit of a bummer for everyone involved when that happens. However, I never receive anything but gratitude from my clients because they recognize the stress, money, and disappointment that I saved them from in the future. I prefer when my job helps a deal go through, but helping someone walk away from a bad deal is just as important...if not more so.

I apologize for not keeping up with this page. I have been so busy with work, that this always seems to get pushed to the bottom of my priorities list.
