Our April meeting has been rescheduled to Monday, May 11th at 3:30 in the school library. We hope to see you there!

We have several board seats available for the 26-27 school year. We will be accepting nominations and volunteers for the following seats:

Volunteer Coordinator
Community Sponsor

Additionally, we will be making final plans for Field Day and Teacher Appreciation week. We hope that you can make plans to attend and look forward to partnering together to finish this year strong!

Teacher Appreciation Week is May 4 - May 8, and JAV PTO has some exciting things planned to show our teachers and staff how much we love them!

Please use the links found on our Link Tree page to purchase items for our Make-Your-Own goodie bags, Soda Bar, and individual teacher gifts.

This is a busy time of year with time commitments and financial requests, and we appreciate all the help you are able to give to help us show our gratitude to the amazing teachers and staff at JAV.

Our 2026 Coin Challenge results are in with 4th grade snatching the win! Thank you to all the students and families who participated - we were able to raise just under $300!!

You can now earn money for our school by shopping at Kroger! In your Kroger account, select Community Rewards, search for JAV Pride PTO, and then click Enroll. It’s that easy! It won’t cost you any extra but a small portion of your purchases at Kroger will be sent to the PTO quarterly. Thank you for your support!

Coin Challenge starts next week - Tuesday, April 7th! Have your students bring in spare change and bills to stack your grade level points - or knock down another grades'! The grade with the most points at the end of the day on Friday, April 10th will win a sundae bar the following week. May the best collectors win!
