Midlothian Fire Department is sending a four-member crew to West Texas as part of a TIFMAS deployment.

TIFMAS Deployment Team

* Firefighter Trey Thompson
* Engineer Todd Rorie

The crew is headed to San Angelo and could be deployed for up to 14 days, assisting with ongoing wildfire operations and supporting communities across West Texas.

We’re proud of these guys for answering the call and representing Midlothian beyond our city limits. Please keep them, their families, and all of the firefighters working across West Texas in your thoughts and prayers for a safe and successful deployment.

Do you know the best way to have issues with trash and recycling services addressed is to contact Midlothian Utility Billing (for Midlothian water customers) or the service provider, Waste Connections, directly? This is the only way to make reports that can be followed up on. No other website has been authorized by the City of Midlothian to handle customer service for trash and recycling.

-For any questions or concerns regarding missed collections, please contact Waste Connections, Inc., at (972) 937-8836 or by email at [email protected].

-If you have a recycle cart that you would like picked up, also contact Waste Connections directly.

-If you have a request for special assistance, also contact Waste Connections directly.

-If you have questions about your account, and you are direct billed by Waste Connections, be sure to contact them directly as well.

-If you have questions about your account and you are a Midlothian water customer, contact Utility Billing at 972-775-7130.

-If you want an extra cart, contact either Waste Connections (direct-billed customers) or Midlothian Utility Billing at 972-775-7130.

-If you need pink tags for extra bagged garbage, visit Midlothian Utility Billing, 215 N. 8th Street, M-F, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
