There’s nothing quite like the sound of the fire crackling and the sight of that clean blue smoke rolling out of the stack. Tonight, we’ve got the offset working overtime, bathing these Chuck Roasts in low-and-slow perfection.

By the time these come off the grates, they’ll be fork-tender, loaded with bark, and ready to be piled high on toasted buns. If you’re looking for a sandwich that hits different, this is the one.
What’s on the menu:

Made some beef ribs for the family on this blessed Easter Weekend. Thank you God for sending your only Son Jesus Christ to teach your word and sacrifice everything so we could have eternal life.
