This week was busy but some of our Management Team found some time to enjoy an evening cheering on our home team together with our families 💙🧡

Today our residents, staff and family enjoyed bbq sandwhiches and some HTeaO to kick off this Memorial Day Weekend, reflecting on service, sacrifice and community. Grateful for the freedoms we enjoy together.

Our residents had some Regency-Inspired drinks at the Bridgerton soirée. Everyone enjoyed this social gathering. We raise our glasses to Spirit Savvy and thank Daisy for her talents in making so many tasty drinks.

Today Midland Medical Lodge had some very special visitors from Midland Polo. Most of the visitors had two legs and one of them had four legs. The residents had so much fun getting to meet the Polo player and his horse. From feeding and petting the horse this experience will be fondly remembered by all. Thank you Midland Polo.

This morning Home Hospice treated our residents to a Bridgerton style brunch. Judging from all the smiles on the residents faces they really enjoyed themselves. Thank you Home Hospice!

Tea time at Midland Medical Lodge inspired by Bridgerton theme for National Nursing Home Week. Thank you Interim Hospice for providing the tea from HTeo and the snacks. Dear gentle reader there might have been a little gossip shared over the tea or maybe there was not. Some secrets are better left unsaid.

Stepping into our halls this week feels like walking straight into the ton ✨

From House Bridgerton to House Danbury, the Royal House, and our very own Ledger House — every hallway has been transformed with elegance, florals, portraits, lace, and so much creativity. Our team has worked tirelessly all day bringing this vision to life, and we could not be more excited to share it with our residents, families, and staff.

The details, the laughter, the teamwork… it has truly been a labor of love. 💜
