Our mission is to bring physical fitness to anyone regardless of their limitations through original
HIIT High Intensity Interval Training: Intervals of high and medium intensities of 75-85% effort with a short rest. This increases the demand for oxygen and maximizes calorie burn. Building lean muscle, increasing fat burn and making your cardiovascular system stronger are the main benefits of HIIT. Each class is different in order to induce "muscle confusion" so the body rebuilds stronger during each rest period and never becomes stagnant.

H4F fam, it’s time to continue to support Mila as she and her family look to the next chapter of her treatment. Please donate door dash gift cards to the box at the desk or fill out a card of encouragement and love that will be brought to Mila in Houston on June 24th.
There is something refreshing, especially in this age, of people showing up for other people, cheering them on despite being competitors and gathering together under the banner of fitness and community— and we got to watch it all this weekend at the Monkey Wrench games. Thanks to all who competed, showed up and cheered on— we left inspired to change, motivated to show up and more sore than we have been in a while.

MAY: The month we had SO MANY of y’all that the faces got TOO many and we had to redesign because of the incredible consistency happening in our gym! YAY Y’ALL!
These athletes showed up for 16 or more classes in May (tracked through class sign-ins). Way to work hard!
