💾 How to Submit Your Gang Sheet:
1. File Format: PNG with a transparent background, 300 DPI.
2. Sheet Layout: Arrange your designs within the selected gang sheet size.
3. Email Submission: Send your gang sheet to [email protected] with the subject "DTF Gang Sheet Order."
4. Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-4 business days.
5. Payment: Invoice will be sent upon file approval.
DTF Transfer Application Instructions
🔥 Using a Heat Press:
1. Set heat press to 300-325°F.
2. Pre-press the garment for 5 seconds to remove moisture.
3. Position the DTF transfer on the shirt.
4. Press at medium to firm pressure for 15 seconds.
5. Allow to cool completely (cold peel), then remove the film.
6. Repress with a Teflon sheet for 5 seconds to enhance durability.
🛠️ Using a Home Iron:
1. Set iron to high (no steam).
2. Place a firm surface under the garment (avoid ironing boards).
3. Pre-iron the fabric for 5 seconds.
4. Position the DTF transfer and cover it with parchment paper.
5. Apply firm, even pressure for 30-40 seconds (do not slide iron).
6. Let it cool completely, then peel the film.
7. Re-iron with parchment paper for 5 seconds to set the design
