Curious about Olympic lifting during pregnancy?

Personally, I remove the middle of the lift once I start bumping. Focusing more on deadlifts, squats, and movements like the sn**ch balance.

Preparing for each training session with unilateral, tempo, and core stabilization movements.

Percentages rarely exceed 70% of my maximum weight and generally remain near 50-65% for most training sessions. Allowing focus on form and control.

It brings deep joy to serve my family. While the housework can seem overwhelming, working from home with a toddler, the blessing is apparent.

We eat real food, hangout with the pups, and play in the dirt outside. The kid gets to be a kid.

Blessed to be a wife, mom, and entrepreneur.

Blessed to coach and serve others along their journey to reclaiming their health.
