We were honored to host the 91st Annual Women’s West Texas Championship ⛳️
Thank you to all of the ladies who traveled near and far to compete and make this tournament such a special event. Congratulations to all of the winners on a fantastic week of golf!
And a special shoutout to our Green Tree ladies, we are so proud of you and the way you represented our club. 💚
Taking a divot is part of the game, but fixing it is part of the etiquette! 🌿
Director of Golf, Adam Headley, shares how to correctly repair divots on the fairway and the driving range to keep Green Tree looking its best.
Here’s what to remember:
✔️ Fill divots completely with sand — not too much, not too little
✔️ Step on it and smooth it out so grass grows back evenly
✔️ On the driving range, create neat divot lines — not large patches
✔️ Shift slightly between shots to let grass recover faster
A little effort keeps the course in top shape for everyone!

Last Saturday's Kids Club Drive-In Movie Night was a blast! 🚗🍿🎬
The kids had a great time building their own cardboard cars, cruising through the concession stand for snacks, and settling in to watch The Super Mario Galaxy Movie.
Thank you to everyone who joined us, we loved seeing all the creativity and smiles throughout the night!

Last Thursday, we hosted our annual President’s Dinner, bringing together 14 past and present Club Presidents. Thank you to those who traveled in to attend, and thank you all for your leadership, dedication, and service to Green Tree over the years.
Take care of the greens, and they’ll take care of your putts! 🌿

✔️ Always repair your ball mark and one more
✔️ Push turf inward toward the center, don’t pop it up
✔️ Tap it smooth with your putter
✔️ Tools available in the Pro Shop and Player Attendant Stand Healthy greens mean smoother rolls for everyone!
