AE Training
Quality training on basic, ground level lifesaving skills. Stay Strong...Stay the Course I started AE Training because I have a passion for helping people.
I know it sounds cliche, but I love people and I love life. Life is the most amazing gift and I feel that it is a necessity to learn even the most basic skills to protect that gift. I became a CPR/AED, FirstAid instructor to teach people how to give others the chance of life when the time comes. With that said, it is my goal and responsibility as an instructor to provide those basic skills.
Good morning, everyone. As of Jan 1st, I will no longer teach TX LTC classes. There are other trainers in the Midland/Odessa area that are amazing. I'm going to focus solely on CPR/FirstAid training. I feel that having the basic lifesaving skills is a necessity that everyone should have. If you are interested, reach out to me. If you know someone who may benefit from this training, please tag them.
So I signed up for my first 5k run. I've never heard of it until today and I'm really looking forward to it! Has anyone ran this befor
Good evening everyone.
AE is CHANGING!!
Over the past couple years, I've come to realize that the Concealed Carry classes haven't really worked out for me for whatever reason. People still need to learn the skills of how to safely handle and utilize a firearm in the defense of themselves, their loved ones and their property. There's many small businesses who offer this service and I can recommend a few if asked.
With that being said, I've decided to pivot and make CPR/AED and FirstAid Training my main focus. I've had the pleasure of working with some awesome people since I started AE Training and I really enjoy helping those people learn the skills to move forward and save lives. I will still offer LTC Training but it will no longer be my primary focus.
You maybe looking to become CPR certified for work or you may want to take the class with your family so everyone in the house is prepared with skills. Whatever the case may be, please pass this along.

Another great BLS CPR/AED FirstAid training class in the books.
The ladies at AccentCare in Odessa were awesome, fun and enjoyable. After hearing a few quick stories of times they've had to use their training made me have more respect for their profession. They were a great group and I'm lucky to have met them.
It was an absolute pleasure to work with these ladies and I hope to work with you all again. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity.
Good evening everyone,
I've recently had the pleasure to work with The Field's Edge in getting their staff trained and certified in CPR/AED and FirstAid. They are amazing people with a great cause. I love their vision and passion. I know they will continue to do great things for the community by continuing to grow and follow their goals.
Again, thank you for allowing me to be of service to you and the staff.

Good morning everyone. As we come into the weekend, I ask that you think about this picture.
What are you an expert in? What value does being an expert in that add to your life or the lives of those around you? I feel that having a balance of the things that matter is important. What good is one without the other?
What areas of your life should you become an expert in? In my life, I am trying to dial in the skills and become the ALL AROUND healthiest version of myself that I can be. This will take time, of course, but I know that if I'm healthy and strong, I am able to show up in a more capable way for others.
What areas do you feel you need to shore up in you're life. Share it here or with others. I promise that you are not the only one who has that issue.

Good morning everyone. I hope everyone is having a great week.
If you are CPR certified, what is your biggest fear? What part of the process scares you the most? Let me know. There maybe something I can help with or talk you through.

Good Evening everyone. I hope yall had a great weekend. The weather was absolutely beautiful to be out and about. This picture is sort of the end of a great weekend and the start of a new week.
What you see here is my gym bag. I always pack it the night before with my work clothes and everything I'm going to need to wear the next morning before going to work. I pack it the night before for two reasons: 1) So that I don't have to rush to do it in the morning and 2) it serves as a reminder that I need to wake up and go to the gym.
That's all there is to it. If you are anything like me and you tend to forget things because there's so much going on, having a reminder in place may be what you need to do. Now this isn't only for the gym. This can be in any area of your life. Do things the day before to remind of what you need to get done the next. It can be reminders in your phone, sticky notes on your steering wheel or on the mirror..anything to keep your mind focused and on task.
Keep moving the needle guys. Little by little. You don't always have to swing for the fences. Small wins built on top of the others will get you the results you're looking for.
