What you'll do:
✅ Oversee and coordinate electronic invoicing daily using platforms like Open Invoice and Cortex
✅ Reconcile billing to EDI platforms and ensure all data is entered accurately and on time
✅ Problem-solve billing disputes and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolution
✅ Manage electronic invoicing on a regular and ad-hoc basis with confidentiality and professionalism
✅ Organize priorities, meet deadlines, and take initiative without being asked

What's required:
Proficiency in Excel
Experience with QuickBooks and OpenInvoice (a strong plus)
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication

These QC standards are sourced from ISO 17034-accredited vendors, and our labs are audited at defined intervals to verify compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 requirements and internal quality expectations.

That process is critical because lab data is what customers use to make operational and regulatory decisions. An instrument that cannot successfully analyze a known sample should not be used to report customer results.

When a QC check does not pass, analysis is paused until the issue is resolved and the instrument is reverified. No data generated during that period is reported.
