Chunky Gal Cheesecakes

I’m still here! I work full time, so it’s a little trickier for me to do bulk orders like Valentine menus, but I do still take orders. Custom are my favorite! Give me ideas and I can make your cheesecake dreams come true! Throw back to Thanksgiving when I finally got around to making a pecan pie cheesecake for our family.

I’ve had this one on my mind for a while, and it did not disappoint. Lemon merengue cheesecake: creamy cheesecake, perfectly tart lemon curd, and piled with delicately sweet and soft merengue. Summer perfection!

Just realized it’s almost Valentine’s Day and I’m off work this week. I think I just might need to break out the heart-shaped spring form pans. I have some ideas swirling in my head that I need to try out!

It’s been a little while since I’ve had a chance to bake a cheesecake, but I tried out a new one this weekend. Chocolate chip cookie dough: chocolate chip cookie crust, cheesecake with cookie dough balls in the batter, and topped with more cookie dough and chocolate ganache! Yum!

This may only be half a cheesecake now 🤷🏻‍♀️ Daughter approved!

My kitchen aid mixer is still out of commission and I didn’t have one ingredient I usually add, but I go almost two weeks without a cheesecake in the fridge and people around here get demanding. By people, I mean my daughter... so per her request Oreo cheesecake headed into the oven now. If you need your cheesecake fix, let me know!

This key lime beauty is headed to someone’s Easter table! My daughter and I decided we need one for ourselves too, so after I finish up a couple carrot cake cheesecakes, I’ll be making another one of these!

This was a special request. Pineapple upside down CHEESEcake! This was fun because I haven’t done one of these before. I don’t want to tag because this is for a birthday, but THANK YOU for your order! Also, introducing the 6-inch cheesecake. Half the size of the full, but enough to share with 2-4 people!

Two mini key lime cheesecakes available. Regularly $13 each, 2/$22 today because one isn’t as pretty as I want it to be. They still taste amazing. This is why I don’t like minis though; they sure don’t like to let go of their little pans! Graham cracker crust, key lime cheesecake, and freshly made whipped cream.

Key limes for freshly squeezed lime juice because I currently have mini key lime cheesecakes in the oven! I should have two extras available tomorrow. $12 each. First come, first serve!
