Continuing Education, Growing Together

At Intuitive Healing Therapy, we believe that learning never stops.

Recently, members of our team had the opportunity to attend the TBRIĀ® (Trust-Based Relational InterventionĀ®) Deep Dive Training, presented by Texas Trainer Troy McPeak and hosted by CASA of West Texas.

TBRI is a relationship-based, trauma-informed approach designed to help professionals better understand connection, healing, and the impact of trauma. As therapists, we are committed to expanding our knowledge and sharpening our skills so we can continue providing the highest quality care to the individuals, couples, families, and communities we serve.

We're grateful for opportunities like this that allow us to grow professionally while deepening our understanding of trauma-informed care.

Thank you to CASA of West Texas, Troy McPeak, and everyone involved in making this training possible.

Healing happens in connection, and we're honored to continue learning ways to better support our clients on their journeys.

June is Men's Mental Health Awareness Month

Mental health challenges don't discriminate, and neither should the conversation around them.

Many men are taught to be strong, push through, and handle things on their own. But true strength isn't about carrying every burden by yourself it's about recognizing when you need support and giving yourself permission to ask for it.

This month, we want to remind the men in our community that:
It's okay to not be okay.
Asking for help is a sign of strength.
You don't have to face life's challenges alone.
Your mental health matters.

Whether you're navigating stress, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, or simply feeling overwhelmed, support is available.

Let's continue breaking the stigma and creating space for honest conversations about men's mental health.

If you're struggling, reach out. If someone you care about is struggling, check in. A simple conversation can make a difference.
