🧡 Safety is always on the job site, and so is a little fun.

This past week, members of the Power Ray team completed on-site CPR & First Aid certification. Training covered adult, child, and infant CPR, AED use, and emergency response, skills we hope our crew never needs, but are proud they have.
We invest in our people. On the tools, in the field, and yes, in the classroom with a mannequin named "Baby." 😄

This week, Kaleb LeBaron, Taylor Stubbs, and Joseph Parson made the trip to Arizona for a meeting and live demonstration with GameChange Solar. The focus was their racking systems, and the efficiency, ingenuity, and ease of installation left a real impression.

In utility-scale solar, the products your crews work with every day matter. Seeing them in action firsthand is how you make confident decisions for your projects and your people.
