Boy, y’all have kept us BUSY with prints—and we truly cannot thank you enough! ❤️ Every one of you and every order is equally important to us.

Due to the high volume of print orders, we need to put a few new policies in place:

✨ We will continue offering same-day printing, but we can no longer guarantee that orders will be ready by noon.

✨ Payment must be made before we begin printing.

✨ Orders will be prioritized in the order payments are received.

Unfortunately, we have recently been left with several large unpaid print orders, so this policy is necessary to protect our small business and ensure that paid orders receive priority.

We have also made a few changes behind the scenes to help everything run more smoothly and get your prints completed as quickly as possible!

Soccer season is already keeping us on our toes! ⚽️

Between shipments getting stuck in transit and our team working overtime to make sure as many kids as possible had their uniforms, it has been a whirlwind of a week! We are incredibly thankful for all of our amazing soccer teams who continue to support our small business and trust us with their gear. It truly means more than you know!

One of our kiddos has surgery early tomorrow morning, and as a family-owned business, it’s important to us that our family can be together and there for them during surgery. ❤️🙏🏽

Because of this, Phoenix Promos will be opening at 12PM tomorrow.
