Installed 2 new double hung windows.
Needed absolutely no drywall or paint work in the end.

Quick days work fixing up this stairway. Removed old carpet, removed old treads and updated with new oak, added beadboard to the risers for a farmhouse look. Added some trim and gave it a couple coats of paint.
