We have seen our share of CP4 failures come through the shop over the years but this one is just impressive! This one came out of a 2019 6.7 powerstroke, unfortunately before it blew apart it did have a “Disco party” and contaminated the rails and injectors with debris. The truck received a complete fuel system along with an DCR conversion and back out it went.

Recently diagnosed and repaired 6.0 powerstroke in for a no start condition, upon diag we found the STC fitting had failed, a new updated fitting was installed along with a new set of standpipes and dummy plugs and back out to work it went!

2020’ Ram in the shop for poor performance and a check engine light, upon inspection we diagnosed a failed turbo actuator as the culprit. Installed a new actuator and back out on the road it goes!
The silent Cummins killer!! We recently had a customer bring in his 22’ Ram with just over 40K miles on it for a banks intake horn and grid heater upgrade to eliminate the chances of the grid heater bolt failing and was doing it purely for peace of mind. Upon disassembly we found the bolt had fully broken and the only reason the nut hadn’t fallen into the cylinder head was because it had welded itself to the heater. The truck had no check engine light so the customer had zero warning that his truck was in danger of a catastrophic failure. We informed him of what we found and advised him to go buy a lottery ticket because he got lucky!🍀

Customer brought in a DPF off his Mini Excavator that had face plugged, we were able to clean this filter and get it back to flowing just like new.

Recently completed 2016 6.7 powerstroke, we did a long list of repairs and upgrades to this truck. Some upgrades like the DCR conversion, stage 1 6R140 transmission, and Whistler stage 1 turbo might not be visible unless you’re looking for them but that Raw Piping Kit sure is!
