Part-Time Farm & Market Team Member

We’re looking for a dependable, hard-working person to join our growing farm and market team.

This is a physically demanding, outdoor position for someone who enjoys staying active, working with their hands, and being part of a small business where their work matters every day.

What you’ll be doing:

* General farm and market work
* Lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading products and supplies
* Assisting customers and helping maintain a clean, organized work environment
* Supporting day-to-day operations wherever needed

What we’re looking for:

* Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
* Ability to lift heavy items regularly throughout the day
* Ability to work safely and effectively in heat, humidity, rain, and other outdoor conditions
* Strong work ethic and willingness to stay busy
* Ability to work independently, solve problems, and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision
* Positive attitude and commitment to completing scheduled shifts

Hours & Compensation

* Part-time, approximately 20-30 hours per week
* Additional responsibility and demonstrated self-management will be recognized and compensated accordingly
* Immediate opening

This position isn’t for everyone. It is for someone who takes pride in showing up, working hard, and being part of a team that depends on one another.

It’s a Saturday and it’s almost June. Okay Molls, what’s that mean?

This’ll be our FIFTH year working with our strawberry growers in Nottingham, PA, about an hour north —

They pick us their bounty on Saturday mornings FRESH 🍓

I have a standing appointment during berry 🍓 season for Saturday pick-up just before noon —

Which means I’ll be back here @ The Buzz & unloaded no later than 2pm —

So if you want your mouth to explode today in the best way possible, wait til after 2 to come over— I make a special trip for these bad boys because they’re absolutely worth it — if you’ve never had a local strawberry 🍓 COME OVER!

Also, local tomatoes are in. They’re gorgeous & delicious, please treat them (and each other) with care!
