Hello family and friends,
It is with a heavy heart that I share the news of the passing of our dearest Anne Marie Wilford-Graham. Wasnt she just the very best! 🩷 She cherished every moment spent with you all and she filled our home with joy, warmth and kindness. We will miss her deeply. She passed away surrounded by her beloved family on Thursday, September 18th, after a brief but intense battle with cancer.

A wake will be held to honor her memory on Monday, September 22nd from 5:00 to 7:00pm at Applebee McPhillips Funeral Home in Middletown. A funeral mass will follow on Tuesday, September 23rd at 11:00am at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church in Middletown.

In lieu of flowers, mom would love for a donation to be sent to the Down Syndrom Association of the Hudson Valley.

Thank you all for the precious moments you spent with her over the years. We take comfort in the fact that she is now reunited in heaven with the love of her life, Octavius.

My heart is filled with gratitude for all the love and support that was shown to me and our seven children as we mourned the passing and celebrated the extraordinary life of my husband, Octavius. I read every kind note and post, listened to every heartfelt message, and was comforted by your hugs and words of encouragement.

His Celebration of Life was a party so befitting of the way he lived--with smiles, laughter, music, and dance, but most of all with JOY. Thank you all who came out and rejoiced.

It is with a heavy heart that I must tell you of the sudden passing of my beloved husband, Octavius, on February 27, 2025.

The family would like to invite everyone whose life was touched by Octavius to a Celebration of Life to honor his extraordinary life. We welcome with open arms all that have been touched by his light to partake in sending him home in the spirit in which he lived…with love, laughter, joy, and (of course) music. Stop in or stay for a while. We want to see you. The celebration will be held on Tuesday, March 4, from 6 – 9 pm at The Barn at the Meadows, 270 Schutt Road, Middletown, NY.
