I was totally called out at physical therapy today for being all matchy matchy with the tape… funny thing is, it was my first time getting this particular tape, so it was COMPLETELY unplanned😅

On that note, I’m so sorry for my silence lately!🥲 Things have been crazy busy between taking on more responsibilities at work, moving into a new apartment and getting myself physically ready for some exciting changes, more on that later😉

I get a lot of jokes for being a cat lady, I mean, duh😹 But the truth is, these little babes have been with me through so much the past 4 years. So much growth. So many overcome obstacles. So much hurt. So much rebuilding. So much changing. So much evolving. They always know when I need a little extra loving, or just to be left alone. They still love me even though I left them for 4 months to go to training. They’ve always been there. They’re my consistent. Animals have a funny way of becoming such an important part of our lives. Happy 4th birthday Rascal & Spaz, I love you more than you’ll ever know. Thanks for making me a (cat) mom🖤😻

Happy Earth Day🌏 today’s breakfast was super simple and extremely yummy! 👉🏼 Broccoli kale slaw sautéed with scrambled eggs (1 whole egg, 1 egg white) topped with some pepper and Sofrito🤗

My life is still in boxes so I didn’t know I was missing all my knives😅 but ya girl made it work by cutting some veggies with a pizza cutter😂

Today I start a TLS Detox🥒🫑 I like to do these 1-2x per year to refocus myself. I’m really looking forward to getting back on track with my eating, a little palate reset is exactly what I need🤗
