All client success stories are rewarding, but I find it a little more special when itās an active service member, or a firefighter, or a family expecting a new baby, or a first time buyer - truly special when itās ALL 4
at once!

Per the FBI, property & mortgage fraud is one of the fastest growing crimes in America. But, did you know that all Registry of Deed offices in MA offer a free notification service that can help you protect yourself? You can register online to receive an email alert whenever a new residential property record is filed in your name and/or for your property address.
Specifics vary by county, but the link below allows you to choose your location & register for the corresponding Alerts.
www.sec.state.ma.us/divisions/registry-of-deeds/protect-your-home.htm
For homeowners in other states, many counties offer a similar service - either directly or through a third party service, like www.PropertyFraudAlert.com, which covers most NH counties, for example. So, for all my friends far & wide (outside MA), check your county registry website to see if they offer similar alerts.

Why can so few buyers afford new construction homes? Put todayās interest rates aside, because this has been the case for years. The data below shows the simple issue of supply & demand. Add to this the anecdotal feedback Iāve gotten from builders who say thereās just no profit in building āstarter homesā because of the high costs of land & building materials. Collectively, this is why thereās so few new construction single-family homes available, and those that we do see are mostly high-priced luxury homes.
