Good afternoon Middleton! The Middleton Water Department will be conducting hydrant flushing starting on October 21st and ending approximately November 14th. Flushing will be conducted on Mondays and Tuesdays from 7 a.m.-7 p.m. and Wednesdays and Thursdays from 7 a.m.- 5 p.m. During this time, we will try to provide weekly updates on our location. You may notice some discoloration in your water after flushing. If so, run your cold water or outside spigot until it clears. Good afternoon Middleton! Our Water Department will be flushing hydrants on Tuesday, September 10, 2019 between 8 a.m. and noon on North Main Street from Middleton Square to the North Andover line. If you experience any discolor or sediment in your water, please flush your system by running your cold water for at least 5-10 minutes and the issue should clear itself up.

Good morning Middleton! Due to further deterioration of the North Liberty Street Culvert, Munday Bridge will be closed until the fall. No thru traffic will be allowed. Access to the homes on North Liberty Street will be via the dirt road only. We will be grading the dirt road regularly to ensure a smooth surface. We will keep you all updated of the progress.

The Middleton Water Department will be conducting fire hydrant flushing starting April 16th and ending April 30th. All flushing will be conducted between the hours of 7pm-12am. Flushing is done in the system to clean out any sediment that has settled into the pipes. It’s very important to insure the best quality of water to our residents You may notice some discoloration in your water after flushing. Good afternoon Middleton! Residents that live near the Currier Road Pump Station may be experiencing low water pressure. This is because the Forest St. pump station is offline due to a pump malfunction. We are aware of the situation and are presently working to repair the pumps and restore water pressure. Thanks for your patience while we remedy this problem and we are sorry for the inconvenience.
