Financials report:
21 homes out of 52 had paid as of the meeting.
Savings account balance $4785.88
Checking account balance $3199.44
Total available funds $7985.32
Treasurer stated that we had to raise the dues in order to have a minimum of $5,000 in savings as a cushion for future pump repair.
Treasurer also stated that the discrepancy in savings balance is due to bills coming due before funds come in from the annual dues. Once dues come in she transfers money back into the savings. She also stated that she transfers extra money from the checking account into the savings account at the end of the year if there is any left over. For an exact accounting of monies you can check the annual report found in the bill you received this spring.
