New Antiquity is a design build firm specializing in bespoke millwork, metalwork, and furniture. We seek creative, well rounded, self actulizing individuals to work in a fast-paced, highly engaging, inclusive environment, that pushes exceptional traditional craft, along with new innovations, to solve contemporary and age old challenges. We are committed to building a small team of craftspeople to work together in an enriching and exciting workshop, producing work of the highest standards in the industry.
Shop Craftsman:
Seeking a craftsman that must be able to efficiently and systematically take a project from start to finish. Must execute high-quality carpentry and millwork, including on site custom installations.
Must have prior woodworking, finishing, and or metal working experience.
Understand detailed architectural drawings, schematics, shop drawings, and blueprints.
Collaborate and effectively communicate with the team to ensure project quality and completion to meet deadlines.

Knowledge and experience with various tools, saws, and other machines on proper use, function, and application.
Ensure high standards, project specifications, and safety standards.
Physical stamina and ability to work in various conditions.
