The group carries out research, performs due diligence and all aspects related to the availability and profitability of a potential project. Once the target area is found and a viable lot is selected and purchased, the permitting and construction process begins. VEC Development manages the process from beginning to end and ensures that the process is finished with quality and up to the latest standards and code requirements. Recent projects include single family homes located near the Falls area.
