needed for a B2B wholesale distribution company in Doral, FL.
Job Description
-Answer phone and take messages.
-Filing and scanning documents.
-Maintain a clean and orderly office environment.
-Order, receive and appropriately sort office supplies.
-Data entry.
-Follow instructions accurately and strive to achieve maximum efficiency and accuracy.
-Work well with others.
Qualifications
-High school diploma, GED or Higher Education.
-Proven work experience in an office setting.
-Experience with Microsoft Office programs; Excel, Outlook, Word, etc…
-Able to communicate and work well with others.
-Proficient in English and Spanish.
• Availability to work overtime when needed.
Full Time Position:
Monday – Friday
8:00AM to 4:30PM
