Chef Spirit

I know I have neglected this page, I'm just to focused in the kitchens I visit to keep up with sm demands, apologies. anyway, I just got back from 2.5 months of summer camp in Colorado...I barely find the time to take piks while running these camp kitchens..let alone remember to post them..lol...so, here's a boat load of kosher special dietary dishes I have prepared, with some randomness of my time at camp. If you ever worked camp kitchens, or plan to work them; my advice to you is to make sure you take time out for yourself...nature, and kids happiness(laughter) is a very good stress reliever. 🙌🏾🥰

This was a $18+tx small czr salad with 2 JUMBO grilled shrimp. I asked for salmon but they found out they were out and offered me the so called JUMBO shrimp. Said that 2 was equivalent to the price of the salmon, so I agreed to the substitution. 🤷🏾‍♀️, and salmon is more expensive than shrimp here in Miami. I got home and this was the shrimp.🧐🤦🏾‍♀️
