It comes with a heavy heart and great sadness that I announce the passing of Marty Leshaw. Marty Leshaw is the founder of National Reporting Service. I started working for National with Marty at the helm in 1980. I was 19 years old. I’ve only known and worked with and been mentored by Marty (along with his partner Mary) and National Reporting as a professional Court reporter. We maintained a business and personal friendship for over the last 45 years. In 2005, after Marty and Mary Arnold retired, I took over running National, maintaining its longevity and prosperity that Marty created beginning in the 1970s. And I am honored to keep National Reporting alive and well in honor of his memory. I have my life achievements to thank Mr. Leshaw for and a lot of memories over the years working with and for him.

May you rest in peace, Mr. Leshaw. It was a wonderful 45 years of knowing you. You will always hold a special place in my heart. To Danuta, Bob, Peter, and all the Leshaw family, my deepest condolences for your loss.
