One thing I've become deeply grateful for over the last few years is my spiritual journey.

Life gets busy. Motherhood gets busy. Business gets busy.

But I've learned how important it is for me to start my mornings with stillness before the noise of the day begins.

Even if it's just a few quiet minutes sitting, reading, reflecting, and reconnecting with God.

It helps ground me.
It helps center me.
And honestly, it reminds me that I don't have to carry everything on my own. That time each morning has become less about routine and more about connection.

Happy Father’s Day to the two men who helped shape my life.

I was lucky enough to be raised by both my dad and my stepdad. My dad was sweet, charismatic, and full of personality. He wasn’t perfect, but he was my dad, and I miss him every day since losing him a few years ago.

And then there’s my stepdad, who never felt like a “step” anything. Since I was five years old, you’ve been there through it all. You helped raise me, guided me, cheered me on, and somehow became one of my friends along the way.

As I’ve gotten older, our relationship has become less parent and child and more two buddies who genuinely enjoy each other’s company. That’s a gift I don’t take for granted.

Today I’m grateful for both of you. One gave me life, and together you helped shape the person I became.

To my dad, I miss you and think of you often. Not a day passes. I know you’re with me, but more specially Kelsey. By his side protecting, and watching over him.

To my stepdad, thank you for always showing up, for your steady love, and for being one of my friends.

Happy Father’s Day. ❤️

My seasonal allergy protocol that's actually been helping lately

Living in South Florida means dealing with pollen, mold, humidity, and allergies almost year-round. Instead of waiting until symptoms hit hard, I've been focusing more on supporting my body consistently before everything flares up.

Here's what has been working really well for me lately:

Hydration + Minerals

Structured carbonated water with added magnesium and electrolytes

Magnesium Electrolyte by PristineHydro

- helps support hydration, detox, and overall balance

Internal Support

-Quercetin + Nettles
- DAO enzyme support
- Mineral balance support

Sinus Care (this has honestly been a game changer for me)

- Daily Navage nasal rinse
- Grapefruit seed nasal spray
- Ozone nasal insufflation for added support

This routine has helped me so much with congestion, inflammation, and overall allergy symptoms.

What I've learned is that healing is rarely about one "magic" solution. It's usually the small supportive habits done consistently that make the biggest difference over time.

Curious if anyone else struggles with seasonal allergies too. What's actually helped you the most? Always love learning from others.

By 2030, more than 71 million Baby Boomers will be senior citizens, and 90% want to age in place.

What does that mean for families, caregivers, and entrepreneurs?

I recently sat down to discuss the future of elder care, the growing demand for in-home support, and my journey from earning a degree in Health Service Administration to building .

We talked about:

Why aging in place is transforming the caregiving industry
The emotional realities families face when caring for aging loved ones
How to build a business that creates freedom while serving others
The role of human connection in a world increasingly driven by technology
Why compassion, patience, and empathy are essential leadership skills

Whether you're caring for a loved one, considering a career in healthcare administration, or building a purpose-driven business, I think you'll find value in this conversation.

Still smiling thinking about my kids' school play.

Watching them get up there, be creative, confident, and fully themselves honestly amazes me every time.

One thing I'll always encourage in my kids is passion. Whatever lights them up, whatever makes them excited, whatever helps them grow into who they're meant to be, I'll always support it.

And seeing all their hard work come together on stage made this mama very proud.

I try to walk after every meal, even if it's just through my very congested Miami neighborhood.

It helps my digestion, energy, blood sugar, and honestly just helps me feel better overall.

Fresh air, sunlight, movement, and a little nervous system reset all from one simple habit.

A good reminder that health doesn't always have to be complicated.

to Mother's Day last month

A beach day with my babies, brunch with some amazing moms, lots of laughter, and one of those days where I just felt really grateful.

Motherhood has changed me in so many ways.

My kids have taught me patience, softness, resilience, perspective, and honestly, they've helped me discover parts of myself I never would've met otherwise.

Everything I do is rooted in the life we're building together, and I'll never stop being grateful that I get to be their mom.

They've brought so much joy and purpose into my life, and I hope they always know how deeply loved they are.

Little office refresh

Sometimes a small change in your space can make such a big difference in your energy and creativity.

The first slide is the after.
Second slide is the before.
And the third slide is during the process.

A little reorganizing, a few fresh touches, and suddenly everything feels lighter again.

Spring always puts me in the mood to reset everything.

When families hear an Alzheimer's diagnosis, they often ask what treatment or supplement they should try next.

Dr. Sokol reminds us that sometimes the biggest impact comes from the basics: a structured routine, healthy habits, staying active, and focusing on what matters most to the person.

Every journey is different, and care should always reflect a person's goals and values.
