As the city gets ready to host matches for the Miami World Cup, designated Clean Zones will be established, from June 8 through July 20, around key event areas. ⚽️
These zones are defined perimeters (not physical barriers) designed to regulate commercial activity during official event periods. Within these areas, only authorized partners can promote or sell goods, helping ensure a secure and organized experience for attendees. Violations may result in a $500 penalty per occurrence, along with the removal or shutdown of the activity.
Clean Zones in Downtown Miami:
⚽️ NE 14th/15th St to the Miami River
⚽️ NW/SW 4th Ave to Biscayne Bay

A boutique gourmet shop offering curated wines, non-alcoholic beverages, artisanal pantry items, and thoughtful gifts, Backbone Wine Co. was created to fill a need for a neighborhood bottle shop in the District.
Before receiving support, one of the biggest challenges was finding a space that fit both the budget and had the potential for foot traffic and long-term growth. With the help of a Retail Grant from the Miami DDA’s Business Incentive Grant Program, they were able to secure a location on Flagler Street and bring their vision to life.
