The exhaust is NOT a valid safety chain attachment point. Apparently this is how the employee hooked it up, the car was also left in neutral and the customer was informed it was important to leave it there...

Whoever left a shopping cart loose in the Walmart parking lot and let it slam into my truck… I genuinely hope your day becomes at least half as frustrating as mine just became 😭🛒
I walked back to my vehicle, saw the cart sitting against the side of it, and instantly got that horrible sinking feeling before I even looked closely.
Sure enough:
scratches, dents, paint damage… the whole situation.
And before somebody says, “maybe the wind pushed it” — that doesn’t magically remove responsibility 💀
If you leave a heavy metal cart loose in a parking lot, you’re basically gambling with everybody else’s vehicles around you. Returning it takes maybe ten seconds.
Instead, somebody chose convenience for themselves and handed me what’s probably going to become a repair bill, insurance headache, and body shop visit I never asked for.
What annoys me most is how normalized this has become. People act like abandoning carts everywhere is harmless… right up until it’s THEIR car getting hit.
And yes, before anyone asks, I absolutely plan on checking with management about camera footage because somebody knows exactly which cart this was and who left it there.

I ran into a store for what should have been a quick errand and came back out to find my car already being loaded onto a tow truck 😳

Less than ten minutes had passed. Now I'm dealing with towing fees, a trip to the impound lot, and a much more expensive afternoon than I had planned.

I understand parking rules exist for a reason, but the speed at which everything escalated was honestly shocking. Has anyone else ever had a situation go from minor mistake to major headache this quickly?

I've tried just about everything at this point—impact gun, breaker bar, and even heat—but this thing still won't move.
The locking tab/notch won't lift up either, which seems to be what's keeping me from making any progress. Does anyone have any tricks or suggestions before I completely lose my mind?

I'm trying to mount a low-profile tire, and this job has turned into a complete nightmare. I've been fighting with it for a while now and can't get the bead off the rim no matter what I try.
