I’ve been watching, learning, and staying in the trenches with real estate however I can. Launching and currently shadowing a project off cascade in south west Atlanta alongside my mentor.

Don’t use your own money when you can use the bank’s. Cash is valuable. Credit is infinite. Use the bank’s money to make your own multiply.
When used right, one 0% card can change your whole financial situation. One card at 0% APR for 12–18 months gives you a year-long runway to build a business, flip products, or invest into branding.
Your personal credit reflects how you’ll handle business money. Late payments, maxed-out cards, or collections on your report show lenders you’re not ready. Clean up your credit now — because it’s the gateway to everything else.

📉 Paying collections doesn’t remove them from your report—it just updates the balance to $0. But they still hurt your score! Instead, request a pay-for-delete in writing. Or dispute it strategically to try getting it removed first.
