3 ingredient dragonfruit soft serve 🩷🐉🍦

Made using my KitchenAid Pure Power Blender and the Ice Crush setting 🤍

Ingredients:
• frozen dragonfruit (gives it such a pretty barbje pink)
• frozen banana
• 2–4 tbsp coconut milk

Gradually add coconut milk and blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed. Serve immediately for a soft serve consistency, or freeze overnight for a firmer ice cream-like texture like what you saw at the end 🩷
