On the heels of our Michelin Star at Stubborn Seed, today we issued a press release announcing we are expanding our partnership with . Beauty and the Butcher, by Jeremy Ford, will be opening this Fall in the current Public Square location in South Miami. Now our loyal guests from Pinecrest, South Miami, Coral Gables, Kendall, Palmetto Bay, etc. won’t have to travel to Miami Beach to enjoy Jeremy’s talents. Beauty and the Butcher will offer a special dining experience that only Jeremy can create. Stay tuned for more information over the coming weeks 🤟🏻

Our much anticipated waterfront restaurant in Coconut Grove is finally here!! Since signing this lease in 2013, we’ve been working hard over the last 9 years with our partners at Treo Group to bring this project to reality. I’m happy to announce will be opening to the public this Monday, July 25th at 4pm 🙌🏻🙏🏻….(scroll thru all the pics)
So excited to announce we’re launching the Grove Bay Hospitality Group Scholarship Fund
that will provide underprivileged students the opportunity to study hospitality. Our Foundation has partnered with Florida International University’s Chaplain School of Hospitality & Tourism Management and we will award $280,000 in scholarships over the next 5 years. We look forward to helping students who can’t currently afford college create lifelong careers in hospitality.
