Elastic People is an innovation agency. We are graphic designers, image consultants, filmmakers, content producers and above all, experience designers.

The world doesn’t work like it used to. Marketing isn’t about targeting consumers anymore. They target you. Advertising isn’t about making ads. It’s about creating a cult. And Design isn’t about changing your logo. It’s about transforming your brand. Which is why we’ve never worked like typical marketing partners. We’re Elastic People. A design agency against invisibility. For the last 10 years El

The creative process is unpredictable, yet fascinating.

Like a painting on a gallery wall, I believe an album cover’s role is to provoke and instigate dialogue. Some people will connect with it, others won’t. That’s part of the purpose. Otherwise, the work isn’t truly confronting the spectator.

We created this album cover in 2020 for an urban artist. (along with this series of supporting visuals.) Despite the duality and conceptual extremes present within the album’s lyrics, there was an underlying conflict moving between two forces: the darkness of evil and the light of the divine.

After the project was delivered to manufacturing plant, the cover was ultimately recalled by the label due to “internal” concerns. A reminder that no matter how much we romanticize the idea of art being free, the reality is often far more complicated.

At we do not obsess over analytics. We still believe music videos are an unpredictable art form, and their true value has always extended far beyond clicks or views.

But when a music video reaches 9 billion views, it becomes something bigger than a number. It becomes proof of the reach of our language, the force of our music, and most importantly, the power of our culture.

Many Latin artists—and creatives in general—carried those values long before this moment (artists, songwriters, producers, record labels, filmmakers, choreographers, stylists, and the list goes on). Others continue to carry the torch today. What remains undeniable is what happens when extraordinary Latino creatives align around one really special song, all in Spanish.

“Despacito” was, and will always be, a celebration of our culture by two exceptional musical icons in and . Both were surrounded and supported behind the scenes by a group of truly talented individuals who expressed their art in order to create a global hit song—and capture, in a music video, an extremely fun 14-hour shoot on the island of Puerto Rico.

9 billion views is unf**kingbelievable. But what that historic musical moment shared with the world is far more significant than math. Music Videos document our music and music is culture. Authenticity matters. Let’s protect it. Let’s stay true to it. Let’s never water it down.

Congrats to and every creative individual who came together to produce the song and the music video as one.

Flashback. Cama Incendiada marks ninth studio album-released April 21, 2015

The Cama Incendiada album was built on intimacy, atmosphere, and emotional exposure. Debuting at #1 on Billboard’s Top Latin Albums and earning the Latin Grammy for Best Pop/Rock Album, the project leans into mid-tempo pop-rock, trading velocity for tension. Conceptually, it navigates the fragile architecture of love, the pull of desire, and the weight of emotional vulnerability-where connection isn’t just felt, it’s tested.

Caribbean Connection is more than a compilation—it’s a moment of alignment. A project where dancehall and reggaeton icons converge, not just for music, but for cultural expression. Because sound has never respected borders.

Originally released by and now available on vinyl, this album carries renewed weight. It’s a physical reminder of a movement—one that bridges islands, generations, and genres.

Within it, voices like , , , , and meet the energy of Jamaica’s greats- , , and . This collaboration isn’t accidental. Reggaeton’s roots are deeply intertwined with Jamaican sound. Caribbean Connection makes that lineage visible - and audible.

At , we saw this as more than a design project. We interpreted the music visually - designing the album packaging and capturing the photography - translating rhythm and heritage into form. Our role was to extend the experience, to give the sound a physical, visual language.

Caribbean Connection is about unity. About honoring influence. About making culture tangible.

Marc Anthony “Vegas, My Way” Residency
Fontainebleau Hotel

The creative process is the struggle. And the struggle is the point. Creation rarely arrives in comfort. It lives in friction and in peace — in long rehearsals, unanswered questions, and the constant search for something that doesn’t yet exist. In those moments we reconnect with music, not just as sound, but as meaning.

It becomes an exchange of emotion.
Creative problem-solving in real time.
Intellectual play inside a permanent state of uncertainty. This is how we experience music.

We dissect it.
We challenge it.
We break it apart until the structure reveals itself.
And then, at the right moment, we let go.
We surrender to spontaneity.

Somewhere between discipline and instinct, the experience begins to take shape. What starts as “questions” slowly becomes “intention”.

In creative exchanges with the artist — his instincts and artistry, his memories, his body of work guiding the process so the result doesn’t simply perform the music, it represents the legacy that he built.

Then the show emerges.

And if everything aligns - the tension, the risk, the instinct…it becomes art.
