Starting tomorrow join us with zoom at home to workout.
Those of you who want a challenge try the athletic workout, on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday at 11am.

Hope everyone is healthy and safe. We wanted to share with you that this Saturday we will be hosting a class using the Zoom app as a meeting. It will be a 40min sessions of high intensity specific for athletes that can be done in the comfort of your house. In the class we will be able to address balance, mobility, explosiveness and coordination. This is a good time to return to basic and work on the little things. This way we are able to maintain and further develop the athletic ability of the kids and teens. Everyone is welcomed and we appreciate all the support we can get.
