A legendary weekend, for our future legends. 🎾✨

Day 1 at Moore Park — Big Brothers Big Sisters, Strings of Glory, and our kids had the opportunity to learn directly from legends of the game, both on and off the court.

Day 2 at the Miami Open — taking it to the next level, connecting, learning, and being inspired courtside.

From tennis history to tips, tricks, and life advice… this weekend was bigger than the game. 💚

Celebrating Black History Month by honoring the leaders, legends, and influencers who’ve inspired our community — and poured into the youth of First Serve Miami. 💚🖤

We’re grateful for every visit, every word of encouragement, and every moment that showed our kids what’s possible both on and off the court.

Representation matters. Inspiration matters. Community matters.
And our mission grows stronger because of it.

Tournament weekend recap 🎾💚

This weekend, Moore Park was full of energy, competition, and community as our players took the court for another First Serve Miami tournament — and we were at full capacity!

From hard-fought rallies to sportsmanship at the net, our players showed growth, resilience, and a whole lot of heart. These tournaments aren’t just about wins — they’re about confidence, consistency, and building a love for the game in a positive, competitive environment.

After weekends like this, we’re excited to make these tournaments a regular part of our programming. More match play, more opportunities, and more moments like these ahead.

Thank you to our coaches, families, and volunteers who make it all possible — and shoutout to our players for showing up and competing 💪🎾

More tournaments coming soon… stay tuned!

This weekend is game time 🎾🔥

Our Moore Park tournament is officially at FULL CAPACITY, and we couldn’t be more excited. From friendly competition to community energy, this is exactly what we envisioned—and we’re just getting started.

This weekend marks the beginning of something special. We’re proud to kick off what we plan to make a regular, ongoing tournament series that brings our players together, challenges them to grow, and builds confidence on and off the court.

Thank you to our players, families, and supporters for showing up and showing out. Let’s play! 💚🎾

A message from our very own President 💚🎾

“My name is James Champion, and I am the President of First Serve Miami.

As we step into 2026, we are energized by new opportunities to continue making a positive difference in the lives of South Florida’s youth. We are taking bold and intentional steps to expand our tennis programs in underserved communities, ensuring more kids have access to safe spaces, mentorship, and meaningful growth opportunities.

Our motto — ‘It’s All About The Kids!’ — is more than words. It represents our unwavering commitment to helping young people develop confidence, character, and the tools they need to succeed in life, both on and off the court. This work matters, and we are proud to do it every single day.”

Thank you, James, for your leadership, vision, and dedication to our mission. 💚

Behind every practice, every event, every lesson, and every smiling kid is a team that makes it all happen. 🎾✨

To our incredible staff, volunteers, coaches, and behind-the-scenes heroes — thank you. Thank you for showing up every day, staying late when needed, making sure every child is accounted for, and ensuring our programs and events run smoothly. Your dedication, care, and attention to detail create the safe, supportive environment our youth deserve.

You are the planners, the problem-solvers, the mentors, and the heart of First Serve Miami. Because of you, our kids are able to learn, grow, compete, and dream bigger — on and off the court. We truly could not do this work without your passion and commitment. 💚

100% of our Moore Park Afterschool participants come from underserved communities.
85% identify as minorities.

These numbers represent more than data — they reflect the youth we proudly serve every day through tennis, academic support, and enrichment. We’re committed to creating a safe, empowering space where every child has the opportunity to grow on and off the court. 🎾💚
