Happy Thanksgiving to you all. As you prepare for Black Friday, we ask that you take a moment to consider our upcoming Homeless Feeding & Distribution. Whether through volunteering, donating, or sharing our mission, your support makes a real difference!

Friendly reminder… this is the LAST CALL for volunteers for our upcoming Christmas Homeless Feeding & Distribution.

If you haven’t completed your registration, please do so now before it closes. Visit our website at www.loufoundationinc.org to complete the volunteer registration form and purchase your volunteer T-shirt. Once completed, a member of our team will connect with you with additional details and next steps.

Please register no later than December 5 No exceptions will be made. This event requires extensive preparation to ensure we are able to serve over 300–500 individuals on Christmas morning. In addition to hot meals and drinks, we will be distributing toys to children, Christmas gifts to men and women, hygiene and personal care kits, clothes, shoes, snacks, desserts, and so much more.

Yesterday, we celebrated the true spirit of Christmas by bringing joy, love, and hope to our friends on the streets. Our Homeless Feeding and Distribution event was nothing short of amazing! With the help of our incredible volunteers and the leadership of our district site manager Marsha, we provided food, drinks, hygiene kits, blankets, clothing, sneakers, toys, and gifts to over 250 men, women, and children in need. It was heartwarming to see the smiles as we handed out items and served hot meals lovingly prepared by my mom, Carolle, and me. We ensured everyone felt valued and cared for, distributing shoes, sneakers, socks, personal care kits, snacks, desserts, and more. It was truly a day of giving back, reflecting the same joy and love we share with our families during the holidays. Beyond the material gifts, we also shared valuable resources and health information, reminding everyone that they are not forgotten and that help is always near. This initiative is part of our quarterly outreach program, and it’s made possible through the generosity of our supporters, sponsors, and volunteers. Thank you for making this event a success. Our 9th Annual All White Affair Fundraising Gala honors warriors in our community, moms who have lost a child, cancer survivors, and domestic violence survivors. October is our awareness month for all three categories, and this gala was created to celebrate their resilience, courage, and strength while surrounding them with love, support, and recognition.
