TabletPC, iPad & iPhone Rental USA The idea originated in 2010. This is a service that no traditional paperbased Guidebook can offer.

Offering fully loaded iPads inclusive cellular Data service and optional Accessories for rent to tourists. Incidentally it has many other advantages such as replacing expensive GPS rentals at the local car rental or never running out of necessary informations on vacations. Starting 2011 the founder of Choose 2 Rent, LLC acquired its experience with a major European iPad Rental as an executive member of the team. It quickly evolved that the demand for rental iPads is not only suitable for tourists but also for business and hotels. And the demand is even more comprehensive. With a background in the car rental and tourist industry, the young enterpreneur founded Choose 2 Rent, LLC to offer its experience and services to customers in the United States. While in its first weeks of operation, the news about the substantial approach to businesses and tourists of Choose 2 Rent spread quickly. Customers can now have access to this unique service at a reasonable price.

A badge reprint costs more than the reprint itself. It costs the line at check-in.

The failures are rarely dramatic. A blue that prints darker than it looked on screen. Small text that goes slightly fuzzy. A logo that softens because it came off a website. None of it shows up until the badges are already printed.

All of it is visible in the art file first. Four checks before it leaves your desk, all marked on the badge above. None of them need a print background. You are looking at the file, not judging it.

About two minutes. Still more cost-effective than reprinting on event morning.

We have wanted to build this for years, and today it is live.

The Choose 2 Rent Client Portal is open. Your whole order in one place, updating live.

Every order you have placed with us, past and upcoming, on one dashboard. Rental dates, order status, payment status, the documents for each job, and live tracking on both shipments: the one coming to your site and the one going back.

If you have ever hunted a tracking number through your inbox at 7am on setup day, this is the end of that.

It is one of the biggest steps we have taken in 13 years, and it came from everything you told us was missing.

Log in at portal.choose2rent.com. Your past orders are already waiting.

Setup morning. Printers are plugged in but nothing is printing.

What happened? The equipment is fine. It just never got on the network, because the event does not have a dedicated WiFi.

Guest WiFi is built for one job: getting a phone or laptop online for the day. It often opens with a splash page, the "I agree" screen someone taps before connecting.

The issue is that a name badge printer has no way to tap it. Neither does a check-in kiosk. That is only the first sign that registration asks more of a network.

The usual fix is asking the venue's IT team to approve each device by hand, which holds setup up until someone is free.

A dedicated event router settles it. Tablets, kiosks and name badge printers sit on their own network, so printing stays fast even when everyone arrives at once.

The better your booth draws a crowd, the faster interest piles up at the edges.

People hover long enough to be curious, but not long enough to wait forever. A packed booth can look great in photos while the leads you paid to be there for never get captured.

One fix works better than most: treat the edge of the booth like its own station. A scanner, a tablet, or one short question, covered by whoever is free, so the people hovering are not waiting on the people already talking.

Some visitors are worth a slow, real conversation. Others are a faster trade, and your setup should plan for both speeds at once.

Most booths ask strangers to come and hear a pitch. A booth with a demo running asks them to come and watch the product work, which is a far easier invitation to accept.

Booth planning starts with the structure. The walls, the graphics, where the counter goes. It rarely starts with what a passer-by will actually see happening.

That's the part that decides whether they stop. When a small crowd has already formed, people slow down to see why. Nobody wants to be the one who kept walking and missed what everyone else stopped for.

More on building a booth people actually stop at, in our latest article: https://buff.ly/lpYo5s6

For many around the country, Labor Day marks summer's last weekend before things slow down.

Event planners experience this weekend a little differently. Badges are already printed, session grids are locked, and fall conference season starts almost as soon as the holiday ends. The calendar fills up again before anyone gets much of a break.

Labor Day started as a way to recognize the workers who keep everything running. That still applies today, whether it's finalizing a run-of-show two weeks before a fall conference or getting through an ordinary Tuesday.

Take today for what it's meant to be, a moment to breathe from the busy day-to-day. Rest if the timing allows it. If it doesn't, know you're just as appreciated.

Happy Labor Day, whether you're gearing up for what's next or finally getting a minute to sit down.

⚠️ After supporting thousands of events worldwide, we've noticed one common registration problem, regardless of where the event is held.

Can you guess what it is? Drop a comment if this has happened to you.

Has this ever happened to you?

The color looks blue on your screen, but when it’s printed on the name badge… it comes out purple!

This can be frustrating. It means wasted badges printed in the wrong color and extra time trying to fix the issue.

⚠️ It happens because your screen and your badge printer make color in completely different ways.

The screen uses light, mixing red, green and blue. That's RGB. The printer uses ink, mixing cyan, magenta, yellow and black. That's CMYK. Whatever you design on the screen has to survive the trip into the ink.

Most colors make that trip without anyone noticing. When one doesn't, it costs you a reprint you didn't budget for, or every attendee wearing the wrong brand color for the whole show.

Blue is the usual culprit. In ink, it's built from cyan plus magenta, and too much magenta slides it toward purple. You won't see it coming either, because the screen you designed on can't show you what the ink will do 😱.

The fix is to set the badge file up in CMYK before you design anything. Then every color you choose is already one the printer can reproduce, and what you approve is what ends up around people's necks.
