I supported Mario Knapp and he ran a great Campaign, but now will switch my support to Rosie Cordero, I think she is very smart, good people and will surround herself with good people and honestly I think she’s going to be great for the dept if she can beat out Reyes! We need to concentrate on the excellence of the MIAMI-DADE SHERIFF’S OFFICE! Go Rosie!!!!

Our Brother Joel Perez is a devoted family man and veteran Miami Police Officer has suffered an unexpected medical emergency, leaving him clinging to life. He is surrounded by his loving family; his wife, 2 sons, his mother, and the outpouring support of his brothers and sisters in blue. Officer Perez began his law enforcement career over 25 years ago. He isa decorated officer who has worked in all districts as a patrolman, was a member for 15 years on the SWAT team, Wynwood Problem Solving Team and his current assignment as a Neighborhood Resource Officer for the Wynwood area, a place hehas spent countless years; the vast of his career, serving and protecting!

Now it is our time to help support the family of our brother in blue. Let help them to get through this time with a little financial difficulties as possible. Donations of any amount are welcome and will be put to go use by his family.
