A space for non-conforming South Florida residents. Trans-Miami gives community members a space for networking events, social gatherings, and support.
Trans-Miami has a drop-in center on Miami Beach which provides services such as referrals, resources, social events and workshops. Trans-Miami also educates the trans community for empowerment and teaches local businesses and organizations to be trans competent. Trans-Miami is a branch of the National Alliance of Transgender Advocates and Leaders (NATAL).

Red Sand Project Red Sand Project is a participatory artwork created by Molly Gochman that uses sidewalk interventions and earthwork installations to create opportunities for people to question, connect and take action against vulnerabilities that can lead to human trafficking and exploitation.

Our Mission
Trans-Miami's mission is to provide support, education, and programs specifically concerning the underserved transgender community. We service our communities through the Trans-Miami Leadership Collective, made up of upstanding community leaders of the trans-community, locally and nationally. Trans-Miami finds effective methods in which businesses and institutions in South Florida and the USA at-large can be more welcoming in the provisions of needs and services to transgender and gender non-conforming communities.
