Seven days in Mexico to slow down, recharge and come back to yourself.

We start in Oaxaca City, continue in the mountains and finish by the ocean — in a soft wellness format with a small private group.

Expect somatic and breathwork practices, gentle rituals, time in nature and a subtle touch of shamanic tradition.

All ceremonies are optional — you choose your level of depth, we hold a safe, beautiful space and take care of the details.
