Organized by the Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce, the event is a prestigious occasion honoring influential, trendsetting leaders in the local real estate industry. Attended by over hundreds of people, historically, the event includes Miami Beach?s top realtors, architects, developers, designers, philanthropists, and entrepreneurs.

New Project we are working on - CIVIC CENTER PARK - Key Biscayne, FL

Development of a vacant lot outside of the Community Center to become a gateway to the Village’s civic area and collection of municipal complexes. The park’s main component include a flexible open lawn area that doubles as a versatile green space. The lawn area will host concerts, food trucks, community fitness activities, and markets.

These components will support programming in the Community Center. Other park components will include an artwork plaza, a custom pergola design that enhances the branding of the area, sculptural boulder elements, passive congregation areas, and a pump track. The project also includes lush landscape improvements, site drainage, and site lighting.

Critical Path has been selected to execute the redevelopment and renovation of the historic George H. Fink Studio building in Coral Gables, FL. This building was built in 1925. Fink was one of the key architects in creating the city’s look and designing the Mediterranean style that’s seen throughout the Gables. His studio is listed in the city’s planning code as the prime example of the design style. The building will be revitalized as the new home of Coral Gables Economic Development offices. On Thursday, Jan 21 a ribbon-cutting ceremony took place with city officials and Critical Path staff in attendance to mark the initiation of the project.

Critical Path CEO Craig Schaffer gave a guided tour of the historic preservation of the Carl Fisher Club House on Miami Beach as part of the Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce's 100th Anniversary livestream event. Video to come!
